As the title says, it should be starting to look a bit springy outside, but its not really like that yet, we had a little sun and an edge of warmth but it seems like a lot of the spring flowers you see this time of year just decided, sod that, its too bloody cold to come out yet. Not even the usual St. David’s day daffodils are out yet.
