Discussion in the company about Cash loans
I own a company but I don^t work like a dictator who tells people what they should do. I think that it wouldn^t be fair and that every single person has a right to state his or her own opinion. It would be terrible for me to influence it or even impose certain things. That is not how I work and I hope that you understand this. I like to hear what my workers think about a certain proposition and I know that they are telling me the truth as they don^t have to be afraid of anything. That is very important for me and I know that it will eventually pay off. It is always good to put trust in people. Recently we had a great discussion in the company about Cash loans. I was thinking about introducing it for the customers who are not able to pay for the product or service immediately. We can lend them the money and they will eventually pay us back. All the managers as well as representatives of different teams were present at the meeting and they have shared their ideas concerning Cash loans with me. I have to say that it was very interesting and I have learned a lot about those people. I can^t wait for another meeting of that kind. How about you?
