Most of the people think that the most important thing when looking for a job is to find one that will bring the big amount of money. I think that we will all agree that it is very important. But it isn"t the most important thing. I know that it might sound surprising but it is a fact. It was proven that the most important factor that influences people"s choice as far as job is concerned is the atmosphere. It is very important for people to work in a n environment that is good for them and to be able to cooperate with people who are kind and have the same goal. That is why companies are putting more and more stress on creating a good atmosphere in work places. Great example, might be a company from England - maximuscle. Last week, for example, they have organized a beautiful picnic for their workers. They it was designed to celebrate the end of summer and its main goal was to make customers feel more connected with each other. They were able to bring their families and there was free food as well as drinks. I think that this idea by maximuscle is great and that more companies should put more emphasis on such actions in their everyday activities. What do you think about it?
